I need some help and I've got huge anxiety about going into hairdresser and asking something really silly so I thought I might as well ask on an online forum LOL.
I used to have very blonde hair and since lockdown have had the roots tinted very dark so my hair is kind of ombré and is dark at the top and fades down to an ashy white at the bottom.
I haven't had my hair done since August as I'm not sure whether to change up but I still have tint on my hair and now my roots are coming through so I really need to get a move on and make a decision. if I asked my hairdresser to put some more blonde back through my hair, it would need to be fairly ashy as the end of my hair are this sort of colour but would it go yellow because of the tint? Or is this less likely because I haven't had it tinted since August?
I suppose I'm just worried, I'm going to have really light blonde on my roots where it's taken and then an orange yellow part on the tint back down to light blonde on my ends.
Not sure why I have huge anxiety but actually going into my hairdressers and asking this but I do so any help would be appreciated. Thank you
