Fashion lovers. I need new designers to try. Ideas please.

I DON'T look good in high street stuff.

I have been wearing things like Uttam, Yumi, Oilily and I want to go up a notch commensurate with me age.

I LOVE Betsey Johnson, Gudrun Sjoden ... feminine without being too youthful or tarty.

Any ideas? I'm a bit out of touch.

I don't know Toast. I'm seriously out of touch and I never used to be. Honest. I'll look these up then. I've investigated Fahri in the past and found it a little plain and unfunky iykwim. But maybe that's the way I need to head now.

I sometimes quite like the look of Wall, but they can be a bit, um, architectural (by which I mean both square or strangely shaped, and as if they're worn by architects), and maybe not quite what you're after.

ggirl I don't get anything new. I get it all second hand on ebay and in shops. I bought a fantastic Betsey Johnson dress in a second hand shop and it was still £50 but I love it. In fact it's this dress which has prompted me to rethink my wardrobe as nothing else matches up.

The magazines are always going on about the very strangely named Hoss Intropia. (but it's a very annoying website)

And have a look on the Ghost site if they've still got their sale on - some v good prices.
