inspired by the Monty Don thread- my style icons and vibe I love is very much 90s Liam Gallagher , love current Claudia Winkleman and Ellen DeGeneres talk show outfit so sort of classic, love the idea of heritage brands preferably British
I've made some purchases but they've gone back as I felt like I was doing 'This is England' for fancy dress.
Any ideas on places to shop? sihouettes and shapes - that sort of thing
Will be starting this new wardrobe from scratch so even need to think about shoes/ bags/ coats/ scarves/ gloves/ hats etc

Thanks for those links so far. Agree they are cool but I think this silhouette is wrong. I think for me, this would look like art teacher has a breakdown vibes.

Fred perry is a good shout but it's how to put the outfits together

I dress pretty much like a female Liam! I wear a lot of Fred Perry, smock jackets, Clarks Wallabees/Weavers, indigo straight cut Levi's, Adidas.

Brandwise, you want APC, YMC...both have womens sections. I like Scandi brands....I think they have the same aesthetic too.

Just come across her on another thread but have a look at Shanae Grimes on Instagram. Used to be on 90210 and spends time in London.

Wearsmymoney is slim, not much in the ay of boobs and looks quite tall so she pulls off this androgynous look although I think she sometimes looks a bit 90s fancy dress. What sort of shape are you OP? I'm short and fat so it doesnt work for me although Lol from TIE is my style crush.
