Instagram accounts for mid thirties SAHM fashion

Hi all, inspired by a thread by another Mumsnetter (thank you for the inspo), I wondered whether anyone could recommend some Instagram accounts (influencers?) for mid thirties SAHM fashion? I find myself wearing the old mum uniform of leggings, trainers and (stained!!) jumpers, everyday and would love some inspo. I follow one lady who always looks beautiful, albeit no kids and clearly heaps of cash! Thanks in advance 🙂

I follow Lauren Pantin for super cool a bit out there outfits, catlpatterson for very colourful and estilistasuk for easy styling tips.
Hope this helps!

Maybe an unrelated view, but most of the SAHM in their 30s that are instagram influencers are usually quite rich (and wasteful). They promote a lifestyle unachivable by 99% of people and can affect your mental well being if you are not careful.

If you want style inspiration I would just follow streetstyle accounts or look at pinterest.

Thank you this is so helpful

totally agree! I love following people who have amazing style despite their cash flow, a lot of the people I quoted wear 2nd hand and vintage a lot. Lauren Pantin maybe is the wealthiest but still her style is super easy going and not 'quiet luxury' at all!

I recently discovered Shenae Grimes, I think she was in 90210 or the OC back in the 00s. But I love her style and she's now really a stay at home home but still a mum. She generally wears reasonably affordable clothes and posts links. Some stuff us just available in the USA but she seems to be in the UK a lot too and shares UK fashion finds and outfits.

Beth Bartram

Lottie Drynan

ChloeLovestoShop has been my absolute favourite for years.

Yes she seems wealthy, but she's so stylish and seems a lovely person, and is very beautiful.

Depends on your style but I like littlelifeofliz

JackThayer · 31/01/2024 06:22

Love Shenae Grimes. And her husband is gorgeous too!

I just looked her up, exactly what I've been looking for thank you! She wears a lot of affordable items too, Zara/mango etc doesn't she. Great!

PP suggestions of Shenae Grimes and Lottie Drynan are good! I also like Ashley James (although her content isn't just clothes) and also Lydia Jane Tomlinson for inspo on how to look less slobby and more elegant Grin

Lydia Jane Tomlinson is amazing - I covet her jewellery collection for Northskull.

She's very smart-Manchester though and I'm in more casual South-East, where the style is much more The AnnaEdit.

TippiHedrin · 31/01/2024 11:48

Dunno about SAHM particularly but I like Angharad Jones (her substack is good) and Brittany Bathgate

MHamp · 31/01/2024 12:04

I find Lydia Jane Tomlinson a bit too boring and her look is way too polished but she gives really good styling tips!

Mumsanetta · 31/01/2024 12:04

Loving all these suggestions! I would add Georgina Lennon to the list, she tends to be top end of high street/designer but her looks can be really recreated with whatever is in your budget. My whole winter wardrobe was inspired by her (🙈) and I’ve never looked chicer!

Hadnt come across Shanae Grimes - very edgy/anti-establishment but she looks fab!

Mumsanetta · 31/01/2024 12:08

Just to add that a great way to elevate (sorry, I know some people hate that word but it works) WFH or SAHM outfits is with outerwear and accessories - (nice) thick leggings and a sweater look amazing with a trench or long wool coat, thick soled ankle boots and a long thick scarf. Swap the boots for gazelle trainers, pulled up trainer socks and a beanie and you have a different vibe but same base outfit.

mightydolphin · 03/02/2024 22:08

@JackThayer You're right. Her husband is hot!

stardust777 · 03/02/2024 22:20

I came across this channel when looking for petite fashion inspo. I think she's a mum:

Some of her 'church outfits' I'd wear 'out out'
