Help with outfit for me, 1st birthday

Hi all,

Im in need of your help! I cannot find anything to wear to my DS party, which will be in a hall in the daytime. Id like something casual but nice! Like maybe jeans and a nice top or thin jumper

Im a size 18/20, I'm a total loss. I cant find anything nice enough for a party, a lot is too casual looking!

I don't know what kind of brands you normally go for, but a classic white shirt would be a nice balance between smart casual and comfy for a kids party. My eldest is 5 and every party I still overthink what I should wear! Something comfy but you feel good in. I'm the same size as you. Last year I wore black leggings, tan highneck vest and white long-sleeved shirt open over the top, this year its leggings and a camel coloured sweatshirt with mama on the front and my kids names on the sleeve

@MrsMiddleMother definitely a good idea to be comfy, with all the running around!

In the kindest way possible....please don't wear a jumper with mama and your kids name on the sleeve.

Ok i think if its a family party, but a bit yikes for a school party! In the kindest way!
