Just hovering on the add to basket button.

I can't decide if it's frumpy or very nice!

If you have got one, what's it like?

By the way should I order a 10 or a 12 - usually in between

Don't think I like it, tbh, Flight. Picture you as more glam...

Flight · 20/03/2008 13:56

Ooh

Could I just ditch the belt? I am in a 'Mrs Weasley' style mood. Wear it with wellies iyswim.

Habbibu · 20/03/2008 13:59

Maybe, but I think it would need a lot of dressing up, and some v. fancy wellies....

Can we help choose something else? Just can't really see this one working, tbh.

Anna8888 · 20/03/2008 14:04

Please don't buy that dress - it's HORRIBLE.

Flight · 20/03/2008 14:08

Really? There I was thinking it was supposed to be advisable and flattering, are T&S not to be trusted then?!

(watch the video on that page, it's, hmm, interesting)

But I am more of a vase I suppose anyway

lentengrrl · 20/03/2008 14:09

Oh god, I'm really sorry, i think it's hideous...

Habbibu · 20/03/2008 14:09

Poor flight! Come on Cod, Anna - give flight some alternatives...

Beetroot · 20/03/2008 14:10

bleugh

Flight · 20/03/2008 14:12

It's fine, please keep laughing, tbh I was verging on the 'let's catch out additions and get something cheapish and adapt it so it looks really post modern' tip there.

But I am guessing that was a step too far and there is a genuine reason it is half price

I am honestly not offended, not ONE little bit. You lot are very funny.

Flight · 20/03/2008 14:12

I am laughing myself. Really.

If you are a 10/12, why are you bothered about hiding bits of you (as suggested in the video)??? You should be showing off your lovely body .

Which bits of you do you love most?

harpsichordcarrier · 20/03/2008 14:13

molto hideoso

Flight · 20/03/2008 14:16

Oh Anna I just like the top bit and the pleated skirt really. It's not for hiding in as such.

My thighs are a bit flabby and am working on the abs post birth, but it is flat just a bit untoned.

I have broad shoulders, waist, long top half, medium legs and skinny calves.
Boobs are in Bf mode so quite large (36C)

If there is one thing I can keep, it is my wellies and my vest

Ok not wellies all the time.

OP posts:
Habbibu · 20/03/2008 14:18

White Stuff dresses (look shit on page, mind) good with pretty vests and boots or even wellies.

Anna8888 · 20/03/2008 14:21

So - lovely slim calves (why on earth would you want to wear wellies then) and lovely breasts . Two really good points is as much as a girl needs to show off anyway.

Why don't you go for one of this season's to-the-knees dresses in a fairly stiff fabric, not fitted at the waist but with quite a deep neckline?

Flight · 20/03/2008 14:23

Ooh I like the Dunes one, Habbi!

OP posts:
Flight · 20/03/2008 17:18

Ok I have ordered this one:

Miss S.

I am probably too old but will dress it down with a big cardi (and a wand)

OP posts:
BBBee · 20/03/2008 17:20

no to t&s one

ChairmumMiaow · 20/03/2008 17:24

Sorry to hijack the thread, but you've all made me miss dresses (used to wear them a lot - monsoon ones particularly)

Any recommendations of places that do nice dresses that I could breastfeed in and that come in a 20/22?

PrincessPeaHead · 20/03/2008 17:26

it is hideous
it is ahideous design and the colour just makes it look worse
hideous
don't do it!

Prudish · 20/03/2008 17:32

this is nice

Flight · 20/03/2008 17:33

PPH is that the T&S one or the MissS one? I know, folksy and all that but hmm. I can always take it back

OP posts:
Flight · 20/03/2008 17:34

Ooh Chairmum, we have a discount monsoon outlet near us
