... it's currently long, lank and dark brown with some flirty little greys.

I'm thinking I'd like a fringe and some bouncy layers. What would I ask for without ending up as Suzy Quatro?

I fancy having mine like Gwen from Torchwood. Her hair looked nice last night.

I could ask for a 'Gwen from Torchwood' but I'd be a bit nervous about them sticking a comb through my front teeth to make a gap.
