Tuck-in long sleeve tops

I am trying to renew my wardrobe as I am starting a new in-office job after 3 years of working from home (and a couple of DC later). I have bought some new skirts and trousers but can not find suitable tops! I need tops that can be tucked in, in neutral colours, smart casualish, I am open to thin blouses, fine knits, long sleeve tshirts, anything.

How do you feel about turtle necks?
