Are any bunion-friendly shoes actually on trend?

I'm early 40's and I've got mild hereditary bunions which have been causing some discomfort and podiatrist recommends wearing Hoka Bondi 8, Brooks or ASICS running shoes, or wide fit sturdy lace up boots.

I had a look and I'm not that keen on the trainers but I know I need to find something.

I usually wear coloured Veja Venturi, or black chunky Chelsea boots at the minute. Was thinking I could replace the Chelsea boots for a pair of "hiking" boots (as in the trendy black variety, not actual hiking boots for climbing Everest in!). And I was looking for a pair of supportive trainers similar to my Venturi.

Has anyone with bunions who aims to look fairly on trend got any suggestions?

Barefoot shoes like the ones happy little soles stock are usually softer, wider and better for foot issues like bunions.

Thanks, I had a look but I'm not sure. They don't look very stylish and some of them are completely flat soled which is what the podiatrist said I must wear. (I spent years in Converse but will now be chucking those out).
