Inadvertently ordered men's Birkenstocks

Correct size but will they fit or do men have differently shaped feet ? They do seem wider on the side . Thought I was ordering Gizehs and only realised when order confirmation came through .

I’ve always thought they are the same but styles aimed mainly at men have a different range of sizes to styles aimed at women. I know there is narrow and normal fit and it’s suggested that narrow is often better for women but I always prefer normal fit.

There is such a range of feet shapes anyway so I can’t see how there can be a difference between men and women’s footbeds
