Looking for advice on how to look younger and better in your mid 40s. I use tretenoin, take care of my hair and do natural make up but any tried and tested tips would be greatly appreciated! Xx

Tret, water, decent sleep, decent food, decent amounts of exercise. I don't try and look 'young' any more, I focus on looking good instead.

What about you is looking older?

Hair styles and clothes can give you a dated look, have you changed it up in the last 20 years?

Losing weight if you've gained it can give your face more definition and at first glance a slimmer silhouette tends to look younger.

Obviously fillers, botox, threads can help but I think that is a difficult path. I agree with pp in trying to look healthy and stylish rather than younger.

It's the boring stuff: good food, exercise, fresh air, water, avoiding alcohol and smoking, using daily SPF.

It's so boring but it's all true.
