Best conditioning masque for my postpartum hair!

I’m after a truly excellent hair masque/deep conditioning treatment at home, for my postpartum hair.

it’s very fine, but plentiful (I’m mid hairfall at the moment. Frightening!), it’s long, it’s soft, and it’s wavy/curly with a tendency to frizz.

The ends are so dry.

I want something to put back what has been lost! Money no object at this stage! 😥

Anyone at all?! Fluffy, dry ends, bit snappy, any recommendations?!

I'm menopausal rather than postpartum but have had a lot of breakage/dry ends and hair loss. Michael Van Clarke's Lifesaver Pre Wash Treatment is the best I have found. I like that you apply it to dry hair and it leaves the hair textured rather than lank/greasy looking when applied so it's possible to go about your day if you want to leave it on for longer before shampooing. I often either apply and leave on overnight. There's no residue/marks on my pillow either.

Not a masque but i am finding Lee Stafford moisture burst shampoo somewhat helping the fluffyness. Its a funny texture, very thick and more than I would usually spend (about 8 or 9£ i think so not terrible but I usually pay more like £2).

I’ve got thick bushy and frizzy hair and have recently discovered how amazing just bog standard coconut oil is. I just coat my hair in it, leave it on a little while and shampoo off and all the frizz is gone! It’s brilliant and cheap! Just Make sure you shampoo it all out so it doesn’t look greasy
