Shapewear to give me a waist

Looking for recommendations please? I'm an apple with big bust. My waist has disappeared (thanks menopause!). I still like to wear dresses but need some shapewear and don't know where to start.

Skims will have something useful. (Vast range, look online at Selfridges.)

But in the longer term you might be better off with a hula hoop - regular use would improve your core strength (posture) and give more defined muscle around your middle.

I wear Shapermint high-waisted shorts - they give me a nice waistline and smooth my hips when I'm wearing anything fitted.

If it’s for wearing with dresses, l’ve banged on about M&S control slips on S&B so many times. They do the job, are comfy, practical, don’t ride up and you are not wrestling with scaffolding when you want a wee.

Hi @Waitingforgodot did you end up finding a good one? I bought one from the below shop after coming across a thread on here, it is pretty amazing! the quality is great and it cinches in my waist so nicely 😊
