Skin care for man who works outside

Hi, sorry I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. I've been googling and getting lots of options

DH asked me about what he should do skin care wise I have a very limited routine myself so I'm not the best person to ask! We had an occasion a few days ago and he wasn't happy with - his words - how wrinkled he looked in the pictures. He is 40 but is getting deepish lines.

He's a farmer and works outside most of the day, so wind/rain/ sun.

A good SPF that absorbs quickly I think is the main thing for the morning. He uses a charcoal face wash every night in the shower he gets blackhead/ acne and ingrown hairs too. Maybe a moisturiser that is a bit harder working for after that?

For acne little works better then Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Face Wash. Have seen it do wonders on men too, actually outdoor workers thinking about it. And then yes a good SPF.

I'm still searching for the holy grail of a super absorbable, non sweating/running, non-blue/white one and keep onto eating to a value size Banana Boat sports.

Cerave facial wash. Niacinamide to get rid of acne, his skin will purge at first but that will go. Then spf 50 every day even in winter.

@telestrations I use this day cream myself at the min and have told him to start using it. It goes on really easily, I didn't think it was so expensive though my mam bought it for me! https://skinformulas.ie/product/day-cream-moisturising-spf-50-50ml/?utm_source=google_ads&utm_campaign=shopping_ireland&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=29042&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=18812318098&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA2KitBhCIARIsAPPMEhKfK-MMGXiQyc0CdF14HQ_BLgw38OJ_qGykUtKGiR3Mf8kmHqjH8hcaAopHEALw_wcB

@Itsnotallaboutyoulikeyouthink so it'll make all 'rubbish' under his skin come out? Will it take long for it to settle again? As in he'd probbaly want to do it a few weeks when we've nothing on. He gets these awful little hard balls under his skin as well, they are solid I know their not but they actually look like little pieces of tooth. He's been to the GP, he got one bad one cut out but the plastic surgeon did a terrible job he has a massive gouge on his face from it. It was suppose to be un-noticeable.
