I've a 40 inch hip but very slim legs. (Have had Duo boots made for my scrawny calves as normal boots look like wellies) I wanted proper skin tight jeans and was prepared to pay for them. Was kindly gifted Levi Retro High Skinnys for Christmas but to fit the waist the legs are still a bit baggy which is a shame as they were not cheap. I want thicker fabric than a jegging - does anyone have any recommendations?
