I'm 7 months pregnant and planning a water birth if all goes well. I don't fancy being fully naked so would like a tankini top and swim skirt or swim dress. The only problem is that I can't seem to find one where the pants aren't built in to the skirt and it seems wasteful to cut them out. Ideally I'd also like to wear the pants until I need to take them off and cutting them out during transition sounds a right faff. Please don't say just go naked/bottomless and that I won't care on the day- this is my third and I very much did care both times so far! I just want to feel comfortable.
