Shampoo wanted for fine hair

Looking for a new shampoo. Currently use Olaplex shampoo, but have been put off by the potential hair loss/damage claims.
Hair is a coloured bob length. It is fine and we live in a hard water area. I prob wash my hair 1-2 times a week as it washes/dries better the less I wash it. And I’m lazy.
So looking for a shampoo that is sulphate free, cleans hair without stripping it and obviously makes it look thick and glossy!
I don’t mind paying for a good brand, as a bottle seems to last ages! Anyone any recommendations?

If you don't mind spending a bit more then Redken Volume Injection is lovely. I get the huge 1000ml bottles and it's lasted ages. It makes my fine hair feel like silk (but unfortunately not much thicker)

I also used the Garnier banana food shampoo and condition which I think is sulfate free which also made my hair feel amazing (but not as clean as the Redken)

Pureology Hydrate, expensive but lasts ages and I've never used anything I like more than this on my fine hair!

Another fan of the Redken Volume shampoo and conditioner. I watched “ the blowout professor” on YouTube which was a game changer for me.
