Strivectin serious dark circle eye cream

Hi, has anyone used this. I want to buy some but thought I could get some feedback before I spend all that money.

Also, where do you buy yours from. On UK websites its £59 but on USA ones it's $59 for a larger tube.

Nothing works. I've tried everything. My five year old daughter has dark circles under her eyes. I gave up spending money when I realised that.
