My hair needs colouring and is suddenly so greasy - recommendations please!

My highlights were last done at the beginning of November and due to Christmas etc I just cannot afford to get my hair done again until the beginning of February. My hair has suddenly got so greasy (presumably because bleach dries it out and I have longer unbleached roots) and looks and feels awful, even just after I’ve washed it (which I do every day, I can’t not do that because I muck horses out every morning and don’t want my hair smelling). The colour doesn’t look too bad as that blends quite well but it looks like it’s stuck to my head at the top.

Can anyone recommend products / shampoo that will help me get through the next few weeks until I can get my hair done? It’s really getting me down, sounds silly but I hate feeling like my hair is dirty.

TIA x

The Bumble & Bumble Sunday shampoo is a clarifying shampoo and has helped me in the past with the same issue.
It removes product build up and oil, without making hair too dry.
I go through stages where my hair gets really greasy, I link it to hormonal changes and also if I have had unhealthy food habits for some weeks.

Thank you @Pancakeorcrepe I will give it a go! I haven’t had greasy hair like this in ages but then I haven’t left having my hair coloured this long in ages either. My skin isn’t great either so like you say it could also be a reaction to richer and less healthy Christmas food.
