@LuckyDuckyRoka i was hoping to swap for a medium (not Bantry) backpack in a brighter colour/pattern/block. The Finchley is gorgeous just not quite big enough and def not my usual style (which is all the colours/all the patterns😂)

Somebody has offered to buy it though - so I could go again mwah ha ha haaaaaaaa 😈

Hoping for a large Canfield...

I am curious as to if anyone who ordered earlier on has tried to return? The advertisement changed at some point during the sale and I was wondering if anyone had tried to make a return. (People had ordered Large Luxury and were getting small bags)

The returns portal doesn't work for the two order numbers I have it just says contact customer services.

I know on the other thread not being able to return was an interesting point as the guidelines for distance selling appear clear.

More of a out loud ponder than anything else!
