Colourful cotton leggings for an adult

Where can I find decent quality (no see-through bums) colourful cotton or cotton-mix leggings in size 16?

Patterned or plain, just not black.

Don't have leggings 100% of the time but they're all 100% cotton...

Seasalt or if you have anyone local who makes kids sizes see if they will do adult to order.
