I just bought two of the City style camera leather bags both in bright colours.
Looking at them now I wonder how they are after few months or using?
Especially the corners?
I wonder if they scuff easily and the colour comes off?
Asking as I had few similar bags before and the corners started loosing the colour soon.
Also my bag arrived with a big crease on the front, is this something would come out or permanent?

I’ve had a light blue one for a couple of years and it looks as good as new.

It tends only to come out in summer and on rotation so it’s not in constant use - but it has not been treated remotely delicately and has survived trips to the beach etc but seems to have weathered it all without much difficulty.

I was worried especially about the corners colour coming off..

I have 3 and the corners are fine,they look as good as new.

I'd complain about the crease as they sell creased ones as seconds much cheaper on Instagram.

This is mine. Bought in April 21. Didn’t come creased so I’d be more concerned about that.

I contacted them and they told me that I perhaps left something on the parcels to create the crease and that leather naturally creases. I got two bags and both have creases. Shal I return them? I mean I think it shouldn’t have the creases..

Those creases might come out with use or if you stuff them well with some packaging.
It's not ideal though as they're not cheap bags, and if you're not happy but like them could you ask to exchange them? Really I would expect them to arrive packaged well enough to not have creases like that on arrival.
I don't own one myself, I was looking at buying one but there were very mixed reviews about quality and longevity (I think I saw them on Google and their Facebook page) and it put me off.

I wouldn't be happy with those creases at all, mine didn't come like that at all. I've seen fewer creases on the seconds they have for sale.

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor where on Insta they are selling them? I looked on their Insta and TikTok and all I can see them advertising the perfect bags, I didn’t see any seconds being offered.. And also how much are they ?

It's a separate account called pompomlondonsamples.

They are usually about £30/£40 due to slight creasing.

I just looked and the both colours I have aren’t there, anyway I phoned them and they gave me 10% off refund each bag, which equals £40 each ..
They offered me to to send them both back for refund and to buy new ones however I thought this would be easier as works out same.
in the future I will look out on the samples side, do they post often?

Yes they do, really worth keeping an eye out as they get snapped up quickly.

I clean and look after my bags with leather balm and a white cotton cloth. It's keeps the leather supple I wonder if if would help with the creasing on your bags? I use this

I use the white cloth so I can see what is coming off the bag, really gently in circles.
I'm not saying it would definitely fix the creases but it could soften them
