Where can I buy the perfect jersey pyjamas?

Can anyone help me find the perfect jersey pyjamas?
A set where the body is long enough to not ride up the back. Cuffs around the ankle which stop leg ride up and soft breathable material.
I’m a right fussy pants when it comes to bedtime clothes!
Thanks. 🙏

You might like this at John Lewis:

Don't get the ones with the furry star, they are not the same and the legs sadly ride up.

I love my Chelsea Peers ones.

Mumofcats5 · 27/12/2023 10:10

I'd be looking to recommend Their Nibs jersey pjs. Lovely and soft, ankle and wrist cuffs and pockets!

Londontown12 · 27/12/2023 11:20

Chelsea peers without a doubt ! They are soft they fit properly cuffed and wash up beautifully x

indecisivewoman81 · 27/12/2023 11:35

I like the cuberjammies jersey pjs. They are very comfy and generous in size

Amermaidandaman · 27/12/2023 12:28

I don’t wear polyester, especially not to bed so the Chelsea peers are out.

I’ve had some lovely ones from hush “joey” not keen on the colours this year though. I’ve also got some nice ones from landsend.

I can get perfect ones for the kids from next in loads of colours/patterns but women’s ones are always awful!

Primark.

I have to agree. I’ve got two lovely, really soft pairs of PJs from them and I love them.

Cozytoesandtoast00 · 27/12/2023 13:15

Thanks so much ladies.
I’ll check them all out 😊

I find men’s pyjamas are usually much better, they’re longer and have pockets.

I have some nice ones from H&M, men’s size Small. I’m size 12.

Cozytoesandtoast00 · 27/12/2023 13:19

I think I may have a long body as Primark’s top’s are too short!
I’m a size 12 so will check out men’s sizes and the other outlets mentioned.

I got 3 sets of PJ's for Christmas (not complaining!) And honestly by far the nicest and softest, and best fitting (legs actually long enough) were a pair from Primark.

I don't wear pyjamas to actually sleep in so much as for a loungewear usage (so always buy plain fabrics rsther than novelty types) therefore fabric composition doesn't overly bother me but they're incredibly comfortable. I rarely go in Primark and haven't for years but will be going in to try and get a second pair.

bossybloss · 27/12/2023 13:25

I bought my daughter some from Tesco, button up top and cuffed ankles… she said they are great!

heybearx · 27/12/2023 21:43

Chelsea peers are just perfect. So soft. Im slowly upgrading all my pyjamas to them!

MmePoppySeedDefage · 29/12/2023 07:46

It depends how much you want to pay. I first got some Ralph Lauren jersey pyjamas in TK Maxx, which made me appreciate the benefits of 100% cotton jersey, so I bought some more in the Fraser's sale. They've both been great and lasted well. My first pair has now died so I've just sent off for some Hanro ones, again in the sale.

Marks & Spencer usually sell them but don't specify jersey on the website so you have to pop in to a big store, and take your chance that they have them in stock.

Somepeoplearesnippy · 29/12/2023 08:59

I fully endorse Primark. My only gripe is that so many of their PJs have cartoons on them. I'm too old to be wearing Disney or Powerpuff girls nightwear.

Cartoons aside they often have lovely pjs in great patterns. They wash well and don't go bobbly. I have several pairs, some in cotton jersey for summer and some in recycled polyester for winter.

Everyone raved about cyberjammies so I ordered a few sets. They went bobbly and rough within a few washes. And their website is shit to navigate. You couldn’t just search by pyjama tops for example

Stressybetty · 02/01/2024 18:46

Don't think they're jersey but I love Fatface cotton pyjama bottoms. Lovely soft and comfy cotton

Rina66 · 02/01/2024 19:03

These are lovely from H & M...

I was thinking these until you said cuffed at the bottom, but these are so comfy and have washed well. I have a couple of pairs

purser25 · 02/01/2024 19:25

I think lands end might do them. I love their nightshirts

Rina66 · 02/01/2024 19:32

Sorry, I missed the cuffed bit 🙄

sleepysummery · 02/01/2024 19:39

I have a couple of pairs from the white company which are lovely and soft. Wash well too
