Cheaper version of diamonds by the yard necklace

Please could someone help me find a cheaper version of the Tiffany diamonds by the yard necklace? I’ve seen some on Etsy (can’t decide which sellers are reputable) and one by a company called Anna Lou Jewellery. Would like to spend £300-400 as it’s a gift for a special birthday. Thank you

Monica Vinader has a diamond button necklace that looks similar to my eyes.

I had one made from an old engagement ring and another diamond. It never sat nicely and constantly flipped.
That reminds me, I should repurpose it into something else.
