I need a (sort of) wedding dress

Hi all, I am getting married next year and would like some help picking a dress. It will be a registry office with 2 witnesses and will be in the winter. A bit about me:

5 foot 6
Size 16 with more of a pear shape
The dress MUST have sleeves
It must be full length. I'd like an evening/black tie type dress
I have a large bust so need to be able to wear a full bra (so no backless styles for example)
I would prefer deeper/darker colours. Black would be great. Deep green, navy etc would work
Up to £500
I will be wearing silver jewellery
And this is the tricky one: I cannot wear heels, so something that would work with flats (i.e. does not trail on the floor)
I have dark brown hair and eyes and a Mediterranean complexion

I am struggling to find shops that sell gowns! I would also be happy to travel to find my perfect dress if any of you know any places that produce beautiful gowns. I live in Yorkshire.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are some stunning gowns on here and I’ve seen a couple of recommendations for this site on other threads, I think they did say delivery time was a bit slow though.

Thanks all, I'd rather have a full gown instead of the detachable sleeves.
