Dyson Airwrap Complete - hair length confusion

Apologies in advance if this sounds like a stupid question but this has really stumped me (and DH).
I have hair that’s just above shoulder-length and received a Dyson air wrap complete yesterday. However, it says ‘complete long’ on the box. Looking into it, it’s for hair longer than chest-length (which mind obviously isn’t).
My question is this - is the only difference the difference in the length of the attachments? Or are the attachments designed for use on longer hair wider also? Would I be able to use it effectively as my hair is shorter?
Every Complete we find online is Complete Long. Is a Complete available in the UK that is designed for use with shorter hair? We’re fairly near a large city and planned to return it to John Lewis tomorrow but could pick one up from elsewhere easily.

My hair is the same length and I got mine at the start of December. I'll look at it in a minute to,see which one it is but I found it all easier to understand looking at the Dyson website. You can do some questions (customise it might be called) which tells you which one to get. And what you get.

Mine is for 'short and fine' hair.

It's this one but I got it at boots for the points.

The main difference is in the barrel attachments for curling: they make a long and standard version of both the 30mm and 40mm. You can still use the longer barrels with short hair, they're just bulkier so a bit more awkward.
