Had anyone tried the new Aveeno Calm and Restore range?

Is it any good?

I have sensitive skin and rate their basic moisturiser range.

They now have a new calm and restore range with serum, moisturiser with SPF, cleanser etc.

Only the cleanser. I think it is very good, but I don’t wear a lot of make up.

Sounds promising

Not my input. I mainly post on the HE board

I’ve got the night cream. It’s ok, haven’t noticed that it’s any better than any other I’ve used.

It would be a pretty shit one though.

I certainly wouldn't pay anyone for my shite ramblings on mumsnet.

I tried the serum. I use the blue moisturiser religiously but found the serum neither here nor there.

I've tried the cleanser and on the gel? moisturiser. Honestly? I thought both were shit. The cleanser removed no makeup, stung and left my skin feeling tight. The moisturiser was nowhere near hydrating enough.

Possibly my fault for going for a gel moisturiser when I do have dry skin but I thought given it was Aveeno (I regularly use the standard creams on my dry skin and think they're great) that it would at least be moisturising.

The cleanser was a particular let down. I wouldn't say I have massively sensitive skin, but I just couldn't use it, I bought it thinking it would be a good option for a second cleanser or in the AM but I had to bin it (and I hate doing that so will use most things up)

Yes and it upsets my skin. I rely on their basic products and my skin loves them but this new range made skin painful and flaky.

I love it.
My go-to at the moment.
My skin is sensitive and my eyes particularly react to lot of products.

I have only used the moisturiser and found it very soothing to put on.

I’ve been using the toning lotion for about a year, I really like it. It feels really nourishing for a toner and is lovely post Microneedling!

I thought the same but I think it's backfired!

My skin is the same, it's not dry, but quite sensitive and reactive, and it's difficult to predict which ones I will react to. The most recent on was a moisturiser I got in the M&S advent calendar.

I'm going to give the moisturiser, toner and serum a try. I have already have cleanser that is working well for me.

I use the cleanser, day cream and night cream and I like them all. They are very soothing and work well with my blemish prone skin.
