Slip for prom dress

Any ideas where I might find a slip for a strapless prom dress? I may end up wanting to attach some netting to the bottom of it to give the dress some pouf.

Is a bra being worn under the dress? Will change the recommendation!

A half slip, sewn along the bottom of the bra? You should still be able to get a long half-slip if you want the netting over the top.

Or wear it conventionally if you don't need any slip coverage on the top half. Lots of options online. Are you sewing yourself?

Wear a half (waist) slip or net petticoat?

I think something attached to the bra will be the best option.
