Boots and tights for this dress

What colour tights and colour/style of boots would work with this dress please? It's blue to my eyes and not teal as on the website. I have brown lace up ankle boots so thought brown tights? Or something else? Navy tights look too dark with the dress

Yup, I’d go dark brown boots, brown tights. Black would likely work too. Not navy.
