Spitalfields market has some fab patterned giant totes for a tenner. got one to replace the giant black changing bag DH insisted on getting .

I agree with mrsbadger, find a nice large bag not aimed at baby products and therefore unfrumpy. Have a look on the high street, sure you will find one in your budget.
