What's everyone wearing for Christmas?

Just that really, what are you planning to wear Christmas Day/Boxing Day? Or is it too early to decide yet. I've not given it a lot of thought I must say but got one or two ideas.

Jeans and a fairisle jumper

Comfy black trousers, a new sparkly red satin top and some Christmas jewellery I've made for myself. Festive enough to put me in a good mood, but still suitable for cooking/playing games/vegging on the sofa!

I shan't be wearing anything too heavy as I'm cooking and don't like the hot sweaty look .

Nurse uniform

Nah, you're right. I will buy myself a sequin dress and a pair od high heels

Pjs or a gym set

I found a gorgeous jumpsuit in a charity shop but it was too big. Found it on Vinted in my size!!! Wide legged, black with pockets, a satin belt and then gold lace on black top half it's lovely!!

I love dressing up for Xmas but it must have pockets and I avoid the fast fashion guilt with charity / eBay / vinted buys

I bought a velvet dress that I didn't need with the excuse that I'll wear it on Christmas Day. We never get dressed up though, so it will probably be worn with slippers and an old cardigan.

Well I had been hoping to find a sequin wrap skirt in either green or dark gold to wear with a cashmere jumper but no luck.
So I have a midi wrap asymmetric velvet dress in emerald green which I am looking to find a very fine knit black jumper to go under it to add warmth. I also have a velvet black jacket.

I’m hoping though that with grandparents coming, DH will let us put the heating on for most of the day 😂. We do like a game of switch on (me) switch off (him) in our house!

Me too but we will be in a hotel so I likely will wear it but will also be wearing jeans and big coat as we are going walking too that day allegedly.

Trying to make a virtue of the fact that I'll be cooking, planning on wearing a red 1940s Christmas jumper with cropped tapered trousers (Toast Gabi -- elasticated waist is key) and jaunty headscarf.

I've just ordered this. It's not very sparkly but the sequin jumpsuits I was lusting after do not fit AT ALL and I'm a bit self conscious about my stomach so hopefully it hides that. I'm sure I can jusz it up with some jewellery/belt etc.
It's polyester but most things, at that price point at least, are.

I will my new mint velvet sequin knitted midi dress, that I just got from next clearance, I had earlier in the year brought it but returned it as its £70 and at the time thought its expensive, but today in m&s and h&m must of tried on 8 knitted dresses, yes they were half the price but most were acyclic , the MV is a wool mix, and I love it.

My usual IncrediStretch ever expanding black velour trousers that only see the light of day on Xmas day.
They e done me for the last 15 years, they'll go round again.

Very dark green / almost black cotton velvet leisure trousers, soft drape silver metallic shirt, silver ballet pumps.

Only me daughter and Grandson at her house Christmas day.. we like to be comfy.. so after my shower will be new clean pjs..
This weekend though her GF and her two daughters will be there so having an early Christmas buffet and will put on my new top and black trousers and take the GF and daughters their gifts. .
