Seamstresses - help me to describe this shoulder!

This isn't a great picture but this is the type of neck shoulder that suits me best. A deep V with a sort of gathered detail around the shoulder but I don't know what that bit is called. Is it a yoke? A gathered shoulder yoke? It falls very differently compared to a dress/blouse that hangs straight from the shoulder seam.

I'd describe it as a 1940s style gathered yoke front dress/blouse.

Just googled it and there is a dress in Boden described as Gathered Yoke Midi Dress in Forest green that looks very similar.
