The best warm wellies for slim legs?

I have a dog and an allotment.
My wellies are not cutting it... my feet freeze. I wear Ariats for dog walking but got stuck in a flooded field today and the water got right in .

I want some WARM wellies that aren't baggy round the top and can go through mud, mulch, and reasonably flooded fields.

Any recommendations gratefully received!!!

Many people at the stables swore by neoprene wellies, warm and waterproof. I had something similar as my Ariats just didn’t cut it for heavy duty wet and mud.

Not sure about the calf width, I’m sure different brands will vary.
