Why does it smell like I've rubbed a mince pie on my face?

The Eve Lom cleanser! Seems like a lovely, luxurious product but my gosh does it have a bizarre, almost unpleasant scent. Has anyone tried it? I think I'm going to save it for when I have a blocked nose!!

I haven’t used it for decades but I distinctly recall it having one of my all time favourite smells!

(It could have changed since I last encountered it, of course.)

I wonder if it's one of those scents that you either love or hate!

Sorry, but that did make me laugh out loud. The thought of someone catching a whiff of you and thinking you smell like a mince pie. Hope it’s the smell of Marks and Spencer luxury ones. You probably more sensitive to the odor than others and it’s not an unpleasant smell.

It does have an amazing smell. If anyone asks do let them know that it's Eve Lom.

It has clove oil as one of its ingredients so I'm assuming you're smelling that over the other ingredients.
