My dd is getting married overseas (cold country, likely snowy) it's only a registry office followed by lunch but crucially exh and much younger gf are going to be there, I've never met her before (apparently she's nice according to dd). What on earth should I wear. Budget fairly limited as the main fancier do is later in the year. Any suggestions for size 16 big busted 51 year old? I have a good black wool coat but will need to buy suitable outdoor footwear, have black heels for inside I'd prefer not to have to buy others though (it's normal to change shoes there).
