I am thinking of trying some out, but, before getting confused by them all in Boots, wondered if anyone can recommend any please?

I have alwasy found the idea that a cream can tone or firm you completely ludicrous.

wooga · 15/03/2008 10:58

I know they don't make up for toning excercise, surgery,or that they work miracles, but I do remember someone raving about one they used, just can't remember what it was!

Dove Intensive Firming Gel Cream A tube with 200 ml of gel will set you back £5.00

This is a good first foray in firming creams it contains elastin-peptides ( nadine baggot moment !!) for firmness and seaweed extract ( It doesn`t smell except fresh and clean)for cell metabolism.

They do special offers all the time try it with dry body brushing too.

Brushing in upwards motions always towards the heart

They is a wealth of information and products out there up to expensive creams like Rodial Body Sculpture ( much loved by celebs) about £95.00. As posters have suggested read around and then go shopping ask for samples !.
