Polene bags - purchased in last year?

As title really, anyone purchased a Polene bag recently am keen to hear your experience. DH was just about to purchase a gift for me and have been listing after both the 9 and 10, however trust pilot reviews are really bad. Am basically looking for someone to enable my purchase as haven’t seen much else I love anywhere! Recommendations welcome too!

Is everyone happy with their Polene bags? I’ve had my eye on a Cyme Mini either in camel or black but I think they can look a bit plastic in some photos on social media. I’ve been purchase dithering for a year.

I have a Dix, I bought it around two years ago. I use it nearly every day. It still looks brand new and I get lots of compliments on it.

I think they are great value.

@PeonyBlush10 delighted with both my bags, got at Christmas and quality is very good on both, got the #9 and #10. There wasn’t any other brand at a similar price point I could find that produced understated, not overtly logo’d bags in styles I loved.

I have a un nano in nude. Was torn between nude, chalk and camel. I had heard that there were some problems with overseas orders so I bought it from their shop in Paris. Worked out an absolute bargain as you can claim the tax back as well. I can't remember exactly but I think it was about £80 cheaper in the end?
I do love it, but it does need to be worn cross body as it doesn't sit right over the shoulder. I does hold a small water bottle, a phone, a wallet, keys and a lipstick but the water bottle is a bit of a squash to be honest.
Also - they told me in the Paris shop that a store was going to be opened in London soon!

Thank you @JoanDarc @Verite1 @TargetPractice11 thank you for your replies. Great to hear you love your bags and are receiving compliments. Interesting to hear a shop may appear in London too. I’ve made two recent bag errors ( too small and also decided too late I don’t like the style ) which is why I’m agonising over this Polene bag - I can’t afford to make another mistake. I also like understated and minimal logo so I’ll most probably go ahead and order the Mini Cyme in black. I want an everyday functional bag that has a bit of style and this seems to tick the boxes.
