Hi,

This has been in my wardrobe since last year, unworn. It's wool and belted but I can't think how to style it? I have plantar fasciitis so have been sticking with trainers generally plus I'm a tall, curvy size 16. How would you style it?

With silvery grey wide legged trousers. Flat boots or brogues.

Or even jeans but smartish ones with boots. Not mum or boyfriend style

@CultureAlienationBoredomandDespair great ideas, I love the idea of not going black all over. My friend, another school mum, wore a whole cream blouse, trousers and trainers and it looked so fresh rather than black trousers and a top. Could you post a link to this style of trousers? I'm very conscious of my belly and wear an 18 at River Island.

Thank you @CultureAlienationBoredomandDespair . I tried it with black trousers but looked a bit cheap so im planning on getting some grey ones as recommended. Im quite an apple shape so need something more flattering but the general grey/blue look looks great!

I’m an apple too and I think that style works quite well
for me. What style flatters you? I’m always interested in branching out!

I'd go for some tights from Snag (maybe grey or another light-ish shade) and wear with a simple dress and add Hot Chocolate shoes that have been recommended on here a few times. They're so comfy and have good support from what I've found.
Baby blue coats are so nice and I bet it'll look great however you decide to wear it.
