spf 25 in the moisturiser. spf 15 in the foundation. perhaps i need to think of taking vitamin D pills?

because surely after all that, in this glaring sun, i am unlikely to get any vitamin D forming

between oct and march sun too low in sky anyway to help you make vit d..
