Is Nuxe a good brand?

I bought a Nuxe body moisturiser when I was in France (expensive pharmacy and very few choices) and I really love it. I wondered what everyone thought of the rest of their products? Anything I should try? I don't usually go for expensive skincare but wondered if I should treat myself

I love the smell of the body oil.
Escentual website does an offer on French pharmacy every couple of months so I buy it from there, makes it more affordable.

Lamelie · 26/11/2023 21:38

I always stock up on France. I love it! It’s available in supermarkets there and M&S here

SausageAndEggSandwich · 26/11/2023 21:38

I love the body oil too. Currently working my way through the gold one. I've not tried any other products so I'd be keen to know what else they do that's nice

JudyGemstone · 26/11/2023 21:39

I really like it. Their lip balm is the best I’ve tried. I really like the perfumes too and they’re reasonably priced.

percypig · 26/11/2023 21:39

I love it and just buy direct from the website, or sometimes from M&S when there are offers. The Nuxe website quite frequently has 20-30% off and you get mini samples as well.

percypig · 26/11/2023 21:40

Should have said I have no idea whether it’s ‘good’ or not, but I do really like it, have used it for years as part of my fairly minimal skincare routine. I have pretty good skin.

Toomanyclothesinmywardrobe · 26/11/2023 21:42

Yes! It’s great - crème fraiche moisturiser is something I couldn’t live without and the mattifying one is great in summer. I order direct from their site usually - they often have discounts and offers

Precipice · 26/11/2023 21:51

I use their deodorant and like it.

BlowingAway · 27/11/2023 12:32

I love the body oil and they do the same scent as a perfume.
Really like the suncream.
Have not liked a powdery face cream or cleanser that I got as part of a gift set.
M&S often have good offers.

MrsRachelDanvers · 27/11/2023 12:41

The lip balm in a pot is the best I’ve tried. I keep going back to it. Moisturising and plumping but Matt not sticky.

happystory · 27/11/2023 12:50

I recently started using the Reve de Miel range, the facial wash and moisturiser. It has improved my skin no end. It's not terribly expensive compared to some ranges. I bought a travel set from Marks first, to try it.

Gingerbreadhorse · 27/11/2023 13:13

Thanks all. I think I'll give some of their other products a go. It was actually Monaco I bought the moisturiser in so that may be why I found it expensive! (Business not pleasure otherwise I may not be as bothered about cost 😄)

Their most famous, and arguably iconic product is Huile Prodigieuse (a multi purpose dry oil).

I use it for all sorts.

M&S have a full sized bottle as part of a £42 gift set at the moment, spotted it yesterday and thought it looked pretty good value.

Oops sorry not sure where that link came from

bombastix · 27/11/2023 13:36

Love it! The perfume is extremely good too and a keen price

yellowlane · 27/11/2023 13:43

I love the hair oil

percypig · 27/11/2023 14:10

Just got an email - there’s 20% off site wide on the Nuxe website.

Britpopbaby · 27/11/2023 17:32

Check out M&S as in the past they have had gift sets.
