Thin cashmere/silk blend polo necks - PLEASE HELP!

I bought 6 cashmere/cotton blend polo necks in various colours from a shop that was closing down 8 years ago. I have worn them daily under everything and they are all disintegrating!
Does anyone know where I can find these? I have been hunting for months?
