What colors to wear if you are a spring but going grey

So...have decided I am not dying my hair anymore. I have been dying it since I was in my twenties and I am fed up, my hair is getting damaged and I don't want to be doing it every month. I am embracing my silver hair, so happy with my decision :)
I never had my colors done professionally but after reaserching the subject I knew I was a spring and have been buying my clothes according to this.

Any springs here that decided to go grey? What colors are good?

I'm a natural blonde spring, just starting to go grey and i was told by my consultant that as i aged, my best colours would tip from the brighter end of my palette (bright spring) to the softer end of my palette (light spring), so in short, just lighten things up to match your contrast as your skin and eyes fade.

You'll still be a Spring, just a slightly less saturated one.

That's interesting.

Greying spring here as well and I have found my 'best' colours (which were the bright pinks and apple greens) are less good but the caramels and creams are better so that aligns with the softer approach.

More than ever I need lipstick I find. But a 'my lips but better' one rather than a bright one.

Interesting. Most photos online of women with grey hair that I like are wearing brighter clothes, not softer... and @cuthbertthecat lipstick

I know right. I wonder if it's because I'm greying not grey so still a lot of light brown (I'm probably 60/40 and it's going so so slowly)

I have tried the bright lips and it's just too much. I have even found more black sneaking back in oddly. I was always at the neutral end of the scale anyway and seem to be cooling down
