Help! I’ve got a works bash there tomorrow night. Have no idea what to wear …. Is it smart, does anyone know? I don’t live in London and am out of practice going to smartish places 😁

I'd go smart but casual. There'll be a lot of variety of outfits. Definitely a bit dress up but not massively over the top. Does that help? I suspect not!

I think honestly from my experience there anything goes. It’s a lovely chilled out vibe but with a bit of old school glamour I would say and the food is lovely- enjoy!

One of favourite restaurants ever though not been for a few years. It’s quite glamorous but smart casual is definitely fine , as is glitzy. The food is amazing… I used to have a spinach soufflé for a starter! Staff very old school…have a fabulous night!

Thanks CurlewKate. Tbh no, but I appreciate the post anyway 😂. I’m not good at dressing up, hate feeling overdone. At the moment, I’m thinking black cords, ankle boots and a satin shirt. I’ve also got a black jacket I can wear. It just doesn’t look very ‘put together’. Kicking myself for not hitting the shops while I had the chance!

Have no idea if restaurant is dressy or not, esp in evening - anyone?

Ooh thanks Bunnie007 and Swishswish26! I’ll try to enjoy it!

Like most London places you'll get a range of formality. It's more about what the other people in your party are wearing. Can you check with colleagues at all?

Not for years! I used to work next door and it was pretty chilled back then. I wouldn't personally go over fancy, but if you want to dress up, anything goes there.
