Petite midi dresses - where are they?

I'm struggling to find petite midi dresses that aren't made of polyester. Even the more expensive ones are polyester. Does anyone have any recommendations for a petite clothing brand (under £100)? I'm in my 20s and very slim. Thanks!

This is only 24% polyester - no good if you have an allergy but if you're just not keen on polyester I would recommend this dress. I'm 5ft 2, size 6–8 and the XS is a decent midi length on me. The material is surprisingly nice - it feels great on and the rib knit hugs you without being too clingy.

This is 4cm longer - so might be okay, depending on your height. It's 100% wool.

@Vinoveritass I like River Island and didn't consider M&S. I will have a look!

I sometimes think they must lie about the model's height on websites, @Petitedress, as although everything is always longer on me, it's not proportionally as much longer as it should be for that height. But Uniqlo does give product measurements and the dress is 110cm long, which is very slightly below mid-calf on me. The wool dress I'd consider a bit too long, at 114cm.

I'm short too , just 5ft 1in. I accept that most things I buy will look better if the tailor at the dry cleaners takes them up and/or shortens the sleeves for me. Most dry cleaners offer this service and they are not normally expensive.

Obviously this won't work on anything knitted or tiered but for a lot of clothes it can make a massive difference.

Oasis online have some petite. Even standard length tend to be OK in length for petites.
Fabrics can really vary though.
