Looking for a waterproof coat with concealed hood and fitted waist.

Hello,
I think I might be being too fussy but thought I'd ask just in case anyone can point me in the right direction!
I'm looking for a waterproof winter coat, ideally with the following:
It needs to be properly waterproof (not shower resistant) as I walk a lot.
A concealed hood (one that can be rolled in to the collar if it's not raining).
Length to be mid thigh to knee length (& anywhere in between) but not below knee.
An adjustable waist (inside the coat, not on the outside) or fitted style, but not a belt.
Am I asking the impossible, or does a coat like this exist (Google is not really helping).

If you don't mind spending quite a bit of money, I'd look on the Barbour website - they have lovely - and waterproof coats and jackets on there, and although you may pay a bit more, they really do last.

Have a look at a small brand called Protected Species online. Not cheap but quality is exceptional. I think you'll find what you want with them!

Sweaty Betty do a lovely, olive green raincoat. The hood stays out but lays flat and is inconspicuous. It might be worth a look, I absolutely love mine.
