got a dress very similar to this last summer from tesco for a tenner, actually dp picked it up when I sent him out for bread.

Is lovely but is linen, so looks all smart until I sit down, then I may as well be wearing sacking. Also, the waist is in an odd place (or more truthfully, my waist is in an odd place)

The new look one's nice cod, but can't stand peter pan collars.

I don't find new look sizing big. Had to have 14 in the jacket I got today, and usually have a 12.

Tried shorts on in Bay, 10 a weeny bit tight, but 12 was so big they actually fell down. It's like they have jumped up two sizes not one.

i had a look at this in new look this morning and have bought one in a 12 - it is too short to wear on its own for me (im 5-8) but i think it looks good over jeans with a black cardi

My dress arrived today and I'm not sure tbh. Need to try it on again tomorrow and see what dp thinks. It fits ok but it is very summery in fabric weight so I think it might work better as a holiday dress in the minty green rather than an everyday dress in the black iyswim.

Also got this which is really thin, poor quality and will be going back.
