Work tops hospitality smart / casual?

I need tops for work. I’m assistant manager in a country pub. Staff wear check shirts and jeans uniform, with converse type trainers. Managers wear their own clothes. I wear jeans, flat boots and a ‘smart’ top. I don’t feel like I look great, but haven’t got a clue where to shop anymore. Customers are more casual, so I don’t want to look too formal, but still need to look smart enough as am usually running the shift I’m on.
I'm 5’3” size 12, busty, so suit v necks better. Prefer black, navy at a push. Any ideas where I can shop for smart but not frumpy tops??? Would prefer quality over budget.

Bumping for traffic, as I posted this late when I got home from work.

They also do them in black.

Thanks! I never think to look on the supermarket websites.

I buy lots of stuff from Sainsbury's. I just find this particular top a very flattering fit for a shortie with curves. I also like Fat Face, Seasalt, All Saints & Uniqglo!

Oh and Marks and Spencers for trousers. I used to get tops frm M & S but the quality has deteriorated in recent years and they don't seem to keep their shape.
