Old lady feet friendly shoes for this dress?

Help! Can anyone suggest shoes I can pair with this dress...the model wears gold platform sandals which look fab, but I have arthritis in my toes so I can't wear a heel (a wedge at a push, but preferably flats) - it's to wear to a dance type affair.

Some metallic or pointy ballet flats? Something with a bow might be nice too.
