Leave in conditioner or mask for very fine hair

I have very fine hair, coloured hair but don’t over style or use heat on it, so it’s been in good condition until I hit my 40s. Now I have started to see breakages and it look a bit dry and fluffy.

I’m thinking of trying overnight twists for heatless waves and the YouTube video I watched suggested a leave in hair mask first, which seems like it would be useful but I don’t know where to start.

I'm looking for recommendations for something (I don’t know the difference between a mask and a condition!) that:

  • is good for very fine hair
  • you don’t need to rinse
  • is applied to dry hair
  • doesn’t look greasy

Thanks

The Garnier Ultimate Blends one is great. I have lots of fine, curly hair, and I put it on dry and it smoothed everything out. This honey is nice, and so is the Delicate Oats version.

Thanks Greebols. I was expecting to have to spend more than that so that’s a win.
