Yellowing teeth and saggy knees! Help!

Is there anything I can do for either of the above?! I floss, I use whitening powder with my toothpaste but lately they look quite yellow :(

Meanwhile I am very happy with my weight and size but my knees are more baggy than saggy despite the rest of me being pretty toned and me being regularly active. They look dreadful in shorts.

Any tips most welcome and please feel free to share your bad bits and maybe others can help and advise. :)

Can’t help with the knees but in desperation, I was buying teeth whitening strips that they can’t legally sell in the U.K. due to the amount of peroxide in them.
However, a trip to the hygienist and £75 later, and my teeth look amazing! Have you seen a hygienist lately?

Whitening trays and gel from the dentist definitely if the hygienist doesn’t help.
Do you do leg specific exercises? I exercise a lot and do hate that I am getting saggy knees despite that. I choose shorts that are mid thigh.

Ok will ask about whitening trays. I don't need my teeth to be Hollywood white but had hoped that outside the hygienist I could keep them ok with good dental hygiene. Thanks both on that. I was suppose I wondered was there something I could do, a have of some sort.

No I don't do leg specific exercises tho I play a lot of tennis. I hate the thought of squats... is this the tpe of thing I need?
